Chris was a normal
person, with nothing to fear till his world was spun upside down. He was chosen
to be the sacrifice for a demon known as Ataksuki. He was branded with the
demon’s symbol. Chris went insane and was sent to a mental hospital for demonic
entities. He soon became sane enough and made a deal with the demon inside of
him. He would take part of contest that would allow him to as the winner to
split the demon from him, setting him free and returning Chris to his human
state, in return the demon would kill the people who place the demon inside of
him in the first place. Chris escaped the mental hospital killing all those in
his path. He fled from the hospital and went to the arena for the competition.
He entered and soon became a success, destroying everything in his path, thus
giving him the name Pandora. His life is soon saved by a boy of pure mystery.
The boy befriends Pandora and states his name is Justin. Pandora and Justin
soon they make a deal that they would work together to win the contest. Later
it is revealed the true reasoning for the contest is to kill those tainted by
demons and rid the world of them using their own greed and self centeredness to
destroy each other. Pandora and Justin flee from the competition the day before
the final battle, but are caught. The creatures running the competition send
the other player who is considered victorious by default and allowed to live to
kill them. Justin soon reveals his true power, and sacrifices himself to save
Pandora, saying that he was the first and only friend he ever had, he couldn’t
let him die. Pandora pleads with Ataksuki inside himself to make a contract and
save Justin; Ataksuki agrees if Justin kills all the Angelic species that
planned their demise. Justin is saved, but Pandora and Justin must kill every
one of the Angelic species. They spend the next four years paying off their
debt, and Justin is grateful of his friend. Near the end of their journey
however Justin reveals his feelings for Pandora, but Ataksuki refuses to let
Pandora to go near him and accept the fact he returns the feelings. After they
kill the final Angelic creature, Pandora ignores Ataksuki’s orders and kisses
Justin. Ataksuki, enraged, erases the memory of Justin, and makes Pandora part
ways. Pandora makes his way to find a way to separate himself from the demon,
and heads towards a city known as, the City of Souls. There he runs into Justin
again and tries to talk to him, but Justin doesn’t recognize him and brushes
him off. Soon they are enemies, painfully to Pandora, and are fighting for the
same prize, a wish that can grant anything. Pandora soon finds out after he
defeats Justin in the final battle for this wish that Justin wanted it to
remember years of his life he knows are missing, one day he’s 18, the next he’s
24 in his memory. Pandora goes to get his wish, and instead of freeing the
demon, returns Justin’s memory. Ataksuki enraged again by Pandora’s actions,
overloads his mind, and causes him to go insane again; forcing him back into
the mental hospital he fled from so long ago, to forever be apart from his
lover. Four years later, the owner’s of the mental hospital have developed a
way to split demons from their hosts. They split Pandora and he regains his
sanity, crying in anger, he realizes how long it’s been. He goes out to find
Justin. When he does, he finds out that Justin never forgot Pandora and always
will love him, but found another person he loves as well. With sorrow and pain,
Pandora throws himself off a building, killing himself. As he reached the gates
of the lair of Ataksuki, he saw Justin there. The boy hugged him and said he
was sorry for how much pain and sorrow he caused him, and finally whispered his
real name in Pandora’s ear before he entered the gates of his demon’s hell.
With that he smiled, tears running down his face, kissed the boy named Zeta,
embracing him, and ran into the world of chaos and misery with the brightest
grin ever, a light in the pit of darkness. Ataksuki tries so seize Pandora and
corrupt his shining soul, but destroys himself in the process. Pandora wakes up
in his bed the day before everything started to happen to him, with all the
memories of what happened. He quickly gets up out of bed and leaves to find
Zeta. He finds Zeta in the City of Souls, he goes up to him, picks him up by
the waist like he always did when they knew each other, and carried him to his
apartment. Zeta demands why he did this, and what was he going to do. Pandora
explained the whole story and sighed, expecting him not to believe him. The boy
laughed a bit and said, I’d only believe you if you knew my real name. Pandora
crawls on top of Zeta, who’s on the bed, whispering “Your real name is Zeta” in
his ear. Zeta glances at Pandora with a look of half shock and half an urge to
cry. Pandora hugs Zeta then, Zeta hugs back and they fall asleep together that
way. The next day Pandora wakes up to see Zeta making waffles and toast,
smiling at him. He smiles realizing that he could have just left, and maybe
this meant that they’d stay together, unlike the future that never existed
allowed them to do.
